These houses and retail buildings from the south edge of the Garden District just north of Louisville Street to the beginning of the Southside in Monroe, LA.  I love the constant transition from late 1800 styles to early and mid 20th Century to a few late 20 Century modernist buildings.

In and Around Monroe/West Monroe on March 28, 2015

I started the day early, before sunrise at the Grace Episocopal Church, recording birds singing and photographing the church as the sun came up.

The photograph of the river was at sunrise looking west from the Joyner Bridge onto the Ouachita River.

I will be visiting places in the twin cities and nearby and adding photos to this post all day.
